Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of security management experience, preferably in the hospitality or luxury resort industry. Proven experience in supervising and leading security teams. Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Demonstrated ability to analyze security threats and develop effective response strategies. Excellent incident response and crisis management skills. Thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian security regulations and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff. Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Physical fitness and ability to perform regular property patrols. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred. Knowledge of international security standards and best practices. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
