Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Occupational Hygiene, with a postgraduate qualification in the same fields. Professional accreditation from DOH or a recognized international body is advantageous. Must have NEBOSH IGC, relevant training in Occupational Health Risk Assessment, Incident/Occupational Illness Investigation, and Risk Management, and ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor qualification. Strong knowledge of ADNOC Occupational Health requirements, UAE legislation, and DOH requirements is essential. Minimum 17 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or major EPC projects, with 5-8 years in the GCC/UAE. Experience with ADNOC projects/standards and the UAE regulatory environment is highly preferred. Experience across construction and subsequent project phases is preferred. Ability to act as a senior technical focal point, independently assess compliance, identify gaps, and provide recommendations.
