This is a senior leadership role requiring strong technical accounting expertise, operational oversight, and the ability to coordinate across geographically dispersed teams and corporate functions. A key focus of the role is ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting, including quarterly and annual valuations, with particular emphasis on carry and semi-audit valuations, which are critical to the organization’s financial processes and stakeholder reporting. Role overview: Oversee accounting teams across multiple jurisdictions, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination Review quarterly management accounts and advise on technical accounting matters Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team Coordinate annual audits for key entities Prepare the annual report and act as secretary to the audit & risk committee Review quarterly and annual valuations Support financial flow management on complex projects Contribute to the design and management of LTIP and incentive programs, including accruals and senior management recommendations Prepare board-level materials, including risk and performance reporting Key requirements: Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles within complex, multi-entity environments Strong technical accounting and reporting expertise Demonstrated experience with carry (carried interest) and valuations — only candidates with both will be shortlisted Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
