A Master's degree in the relevant area of expertise is mandatory, with a PhD being an advantage. Description
As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering the assigned lessons in accordance with the scheme provided by the Academic Department and the Director of Education / Programme Leader. All teaching must comply with prescribed scientific and quality standards and meet CAA requirements.You will support students in achieving their educational objectives and report any critical issues to the Director of Education and/or the Area Programme Leader. You will also prepare teaching materials related to your discipline as requested by the Director of Education / Programme Leader and Istituto Marangoni, in compliance with CAA standards.Additionally, you will maintain and update your curriculum vitae as required by the Director of Education / Programme Leader and in accordance with legal and CAA standards.Key purpose of the jobTeaching Activity - Deliver assigned lessons for BA and MA courses. Plan and conduct educational activities using clear and appropriate approaches for students, following the Scheme of Work (SOW) to ensure achievement of established learning objectives. Collaborate closely with the Director of Education / Programme Leader to enhance the student learning experience. Assist in drafting and periodically reviewing educational programs. Work with the faculty to create a dynamic, scientifically advanced environment. Be available for visiting professor assignments at other Italian or international universities.Students Tutoring - Organize classroom or laboratory activities to support student success. Monitor and report any critical issues to the Director of Education / Programme Leader. When supervising projects, ensure the quality and academic rigor of the student's final work.CV Development & R&D Activities – Maintain and update your curriculum vitae in line with ministerial (CAA) requirements.
