Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management, Business Analysis, or a similar technology-focused role.Experience working with vendors or technology partners is preferred.

We are looking for a Product Specialist to manage and develop a portfolio of technology products and solutions across AI, IoT, Video Analytics, Security, and Smart Solutions.The role will act as a bridge between vendors and partners, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Development, and Support, with a focus on product evaluation, vendor management, integrations, and internal product enablement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage products throughout their lifecycle and track roadmaps and updates.Understand product capabilities, use cases, and requirements.Maintain communication with vendors and technology partners.Coordinate demos, POCs, training, and technical support.Support Presales and technical teams with product compatibility and integration.Assist with testing, POCs, and product validation.Provide product and technical support to Sales and Presales teams.Support presentations, demos, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution comparisons.Provide product knowledge, training, and resources to internal teams.Maintain product documentation, presentations, and FAQs.Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.Identify new products, partnerships, and product improvement opportunities.
