BIM Architect & Designer — TEMPO ARCHITECTSTEMPO Architects is looking for a BIM Architect to join our team in 6th of October City. You'll work across the full project lifecycle — developing and managing BIM models from concept through to completed documentation — on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects for developers across Egypt and the wider region.This is a hands-on design role, not a modelling-only position. You'll shape the architecture as well as document it, coordinating closely with our structural, MEP, and interior teams to keep models accurate, coordinated, and buildable.What you'll do:Develop and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining accuracy and consistencyCarry architectural design from concept through Design Development to working drawingsProduce exterior and interior design solutions that hold up at both concept and detail levelCoordinate models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines and resolve clashes earlyMaintain BIM standards, templates, and families across projectsPrepare drawing sets and documentation to construction-issue qualityEnsure compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and project specifications.Skills & Technologies:You will be leveraging your strong foundation in Architecture, Engineering, and BIM methodologies. Proficiency in Revit and other 3D Modeling software like AutoCAD is essential.
