Requirements
Proven experience as 3D Designer / 3D Visualizer. Expert in: 3ds Max, Lumion, Maya, AutoCAD, and Illustrator. Portfolio showcasing parks, gardens, resorts, or architectural projects. Skills in V-Ray / Corona, Photoshop, After Effects are a plus. Ability to understand site plans and create aerial masterplans. Must be creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
