Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose patients with spinal conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostic imaging.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing surgical and non-surgical options.
Perform complex spinal surgeries, emphasizing minimally invasive and innovative techniques.
Manage pre-operative preparation and post-operative care to optimize patient recovery and rehabilitation.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, physiotherapists, and pain specialists.
Educate patients and families on condition management, surgical procedures, and recovery protocols.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuous professional education and research involvement.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.
Requirements
Medical degree from an accredited institution.
