Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering, coupled with 3 to 5 years of warehouse/factory operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software is essential, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with Power BI and MS Power Apps is considered an advantage, and certifications in warehouse safety or logistics management are beneficial.
