✨ AI Summary
The client is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer for a project-based role to conduct a comprehensive UX/UI review of an existing digital product. The focus is on identifying usability gaps, strengthening key journeys, and providing actionable recommendations that inform development and product acceptance. This is an independent UX audit role, not a full redesign, aimed at ensuring the product is clear, intuitive, and trustworthy for users. The designer will examine user-facing and administrative workflows, system-wide UX, and critical states, delivering a prioritized issue list, practical recommendations, and a summary of high-risk usability issues. Successful candidates will have proven experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or UX Auditing, with a strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles. Proficiency in Figma and relevant UX/UI tools is required. Experience with SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or recruitment platforms is valuable, as is experience working with development teams and product management tools like ClickUp. The ability to analyze complex workflows, identify usability problems beyond visual review, and communicate issues clearly is essential.

What's In It For You

This is an opportunity to work on a real, existing digital product where your analysis can directly influence product quality and development priorities.

Rather than designing in isolation, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Influence important product and usability decisions
  • Identify issues before they reach wider users
  • Work across both end-user and administrative experiences
  • Collaborate with product and development stakeholders
  • Turn UX analysis into tangible development actions
  • Make a measurable contribution to product clarity, usability, and user trust

If you're a UX/UI professional who enjoys finding the problems others overlook, challenging assumptions, and translating user experience issues into practical solutions, this could be an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

If you're ready to look beyond how a product looks and evaluate how well it actually works, we'd like to see your portfolio and hear from you.

Requirements
You'll conduct a comprehensive UX/UI review of the product's most important journeys, including:User-facing experiences: onboarding, account and profile management, CV/resume handling, Job Vector setup, job discovery, matching and scoring, applications, wallet and service flows, and notifications.Admin experiences: navigation, task and application management, status visibility, proof and evidence handling, configuration, and overall operational usability.System-wide UX: information hierarchy, navigation, terminology, labels, forms, controls, feedback messages, interaction patterns, and consistency across screens and workflows.Critical states: empty, loading, error, success, confirmation, blocked/restricted, validation, and other states that can significantly affect user understanding and confidence.Responsive and mobile experiences: where relevant, including layout, navigation, readability, forms, interactions, and critical workflows on smaller screens. Most importantly, you'll turn your observations into clear, actionable findings. For each significant issue, you'll identify where it occurs, explain what the user experiences today, clarify why it creates a problem, describe what should happen instead, and assign an appropriate priority. What You'll DeliverYour review will result in a practical UX assessment that the product and development teams can act on.Key deliverables include:A flow-by-flow UX/UI review of the primary user and administrative journeysA prioritized issue list categorized as Critical, Important, or Nice to ImproveAnnotated screenshots or visual examples clearly demonstrating identified issuesPractical recommendations explaining what should change and whyA concise summary of the highest-risk usability issues affecting user trust, task completion, clarity, and overall experienceReferences to the relevant feature, milestone, or development task wherever possibleThe quality of the review will be measured by its usefulness, not by the number of observations. We don't need someone who simply says "this could be improved." We need someone who can clearly connect:Screen/Flow → Current Experience → Problem → User Impact → Recommended Experience → PriorityWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou'll thrive in this role if you:Have proven experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or UX AuditingHave a strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principlesKnow how to evaluate existing digital products rather than focusing only on creating new designsCan analyze complex, multi-step workflows from both the user's and the operational team's perspectiveUnderstand information architecture, interaction design, navigation, forms, and system feedbackCan identify usability problems that may not be immediately visible through visual review aloneHave experience creating annotated screenshots, UX audit reports, or similar documentationAre proficient with Figma and relevant UX/UI toolsHave strong attention to detail and can identify inconsistencies across multiple product areasCan communicate UX issues and recommendations clearly to product and development stakeholdersExperience with SaaS platforms, marketplaces, recruitment platforms, or other workflow-heavy digital products will be particularly valuable. Experience working with development teams, external vendors, product-management tools such as ClickUp, and responsive/mobile UX is also beneficial.

Our client is looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who can look beyond visual polish and assess how well a complex digital product actually works for its users. This is an opportunity to influence a product at a critical stage, identifying usability gaps, strengthening key journeys, and turning UX observations into practical improvements that can directly inform development and product acceptance. Why This Opportunity MattersOur client needs an independent UX perspective on the existing system before wider product acceptance.
