Requirements
Medical degree with a recognized specialization in Cardiac Surgery / Cardiothoracic SurgeryValid DHA, DoH, or MOHAP license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain UAE licensureMinimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experienceStrong experience in cardiac and cardiothoracic surgical proceduresExperience managing complex cardiac surgical casesStrong clinical decision-making and patient-management skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsConsultant-level candidates with Tier 1 qualifications such as CCT/CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, Irish Board, or equivalent are highly preferred
