Description
Supervise, control, and monitor all civil construction activities at multiple project sites.Execute and monitor excavation, backfilling, concrete works, foundations, blockwork, drainage, road works, and underground services.Review approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements before execution.Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth project execution.Conduct site inspections and coordinate with the Client/Consultant for work approvals and inspections.Prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Material Submittals, ITPs, work schedules, and quantity requirements.Monitor daily site progress and ensure works are completed as per approved programme and project specifications.Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and other site resources.Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.Manage subcontractors and suppliers and monitor their performance and productivity.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and participate in progress meetings.Review measurements, quantities, BOQs, and monthly progress claims.Conduct site surveys and prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for tender and project works.Assist in tender preparation, site visits, technical evaluations, and Client tender negotiation meetings.Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions to avoid delays.Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and project requirements.Independently manage and coordinate multiple sites when required.
