Director - Solutions Architecture - UAEJob DescriptionThe primary purpose of Director Solution Architecture is to provide overall leadership to a group of solution architects dedicated for the UAE, support all the sales solutioning, proposals, provide technicaladvice, support, and strategy. Role will work with BDMs and Solution Architects in formulating (technical) account planning. It is vital that Director Solution Architecture and his team of Solution Architects are acting as Technical Authority for allocated accounts, by delivering technical information to the customer in the form of RFI/RFP responses, design related documentation, product updates and industry/competitive analysis. As a director, role will require to actively observe customer behavior, collect the feedback, and help in predicting future needs required for product positioning and service development. The candidate will also have to ensure continues improvement of the team from the technical perspective as well as from the soft skill and marketing positioning perspective.
