Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Inventory Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies, cycle counting, stock management techniques, and inventory KPIs.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo ERP experience is a plus).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.Experience in manufacturing industries, CNC machinery, metal fabrication, or industrial equipment manufacturing is highly preferred.Experience in developing inventory systems, implementing process improvements, and leading teams is highly preferred.
Description
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices.Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, periodic physical inventories, and reconciliation activities.Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock quantities, including safety stock and reorder points.Analyze inventory trends, identify slow-moving and obsolete items, and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate closely with Planning, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.Lead and supervise the Inventory Control team and ensure compliance with inventory procedures and standards.Monitor and improve inventory KPIs, including Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Turnover, Stock Variance, and Inventory Days on Hand.Ensure data integrity and accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system.Prepare inventory reports and provide management with insights and recommendations to improve inventory performance.Lead inventory improvement initiatives and drive continuous process optimization.
