As a Senior Associate, you will lead critical close and reporting activities, deliver actionable analytics, and partner with stakeholders across global teams. As a Senior Associate in Global Banking P&A, you will be instrumental in elevating client profitability data accuracy/ integrity. You will deliver actionable insights, oversee month-end close, and drive collaboration across global teams—upholding rigorous standards of accuracy and data integrity while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

 

Job responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and coordinate the month-end close process for client profitability
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial reconciliations and reporting
  • Prepare, review, and present monthly financial results and variance analysis
  • Present key performance indicators and profitability trends to senior management
  • Develop and deliver analytics to support business decisions
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy
  • Demonstrate robust risk management and adherence to policies
