We are partnering with a leading JCI-accredited, multispecialty healthcare group in Dubai seeking a highly skilled Consultant / Specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) to join their expanding rehabilitation and pain management division. This role offers a career-defining opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art facility, delivering advanced rehabilitation care to a diverse international patient population while contributing to integrated, multidisciplinary treatment pathways.Role OverviewAs a Consultant/ Specialist Physiatrist in Dubai, you will lead comprehensive rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring function, improving quality of life, and optimizing recovery for patients with acute and chronic physical impairments.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairmentsDesign and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain, and sports injuriesPerform interventional procedures including joint injections, nerve blocks, and ultrasound-guided treatmentsCollaborate closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and pain specialists for multidisciplinary careMonitor patient progress, functional outcomes, and adjust rehabilitation plans accordinglyProvide post-operative rehabilitation guidance in coordination with orthopedic and neurosurgical teamsLead pain management strategies including non-surgical and minimally invasive approachesEducate patients and families on recovery pathways, lifestyle modifications, and preventive careMaintain accurate clinical documentation in line with DHA and international healthcare standardsParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education
