Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related field); Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 8-10+ years of experience in product engineering or test engineering, with at least 5+ years in a management role. Proven track record supporting complex product portfolios. Deep knowledge of PLM, configuration control, and engineering change processes. Strong expertise in manufacturing test methodologies, test system design, and validation processes. Experience with DFM, DFT, DFR, and reliability engineering principles. Familiarity with automation, data acquisition systems, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Background in test automation, software-driven testing, and data analytics platforms. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution capabilities. Financial acumen, including capital planning and cost optimization. Track record of successful product launches and manufacturing scale-ups. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage complex programs and competing priorities. High level of integrity, accountability, and adaptability.
