We are seeking a qualified and academically accomplished Faculty Member (PhD) – Accounting & Finance to join our client's academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Accounting and Finance, supporting student development, contributing to academic research, and participating in departmental strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Accounting, Finance, or related Business Administration disciplines in English.Actively support and maintain ABET and NCAAA accreditation standards through meticulous curriculum mapping and assessment.Develop and deliver engaging lectures, course materials, assessments, and learning activities.Conduct high-quality academic research and publish research in recognized peer-reviewed journals.Supervise and mentor students in their academic and professional development.Participate in curriculum development, course improvement, and academic quality initiatives.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation:Must hold a PhD in Accounting & FinanceUniversity Ranking Criteria: To align with institutional excellence standards, applicants must hold a PhD from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai Ranking), Top 300 (Times Higher Education), or Top 200 (QS World University Rankings).Experience: Demonstrated ability in technical teaching and a strong portfolio of academic research.Language: Professional fluency in English.
