Requirements
Education Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical engineeringYears of Experience and Required Knowledge 5 to 7 years of experience in ready mix industry in the maintenance department;Excellent Communication Skills in English & Arabic, Written and spoken;Good IT Literacy (MS Office, ODOO is preferable, Business emails);Problem solver, detail oriented;Ability to direct, teach, motivate, and coach;Military Service fulfill.
Description
- Health & Safety: Adhere to and enforce relevant legislation and policies and ensure that the highest degree of safety and safe working practices are maintained. Implement Safety Standards and Integrate safety into all maintenance operations and ensure working conditions and safety at work (NPC employees and contractorsWill be administratively responsible for his line manger point of view in the event of negligence or forgery that results in damage to workers or equipment. 2- Functional:Execute the weekly & planned shutdown schedule for his area and necessary assignments of resources at team level with scheduler coordination., using best available tools and procedures to maximize the equipment’s availabilityFollow up equipment availability to keep highly and equipment good performance.Keep equipment good performance.Follow up spare parts movement and create a proper spare part plan;Follow up ODOO Implementation.Take decisions related to equipment safely operation, required maintenance, and technical issues;Follow up assemble, disassemble and movement of batch plant and all related equipment;Complying with the QMS Policy & procedures.Complying with the HSE Policy and the current safety and health management system, safeguard their own integrated health, their safety, and the facility safety.Following all safety operational procedures and notifying timely to their immediate supervisors the unsafe conditions or acts detected at their workplace.Helping to prevent dangerous unsafe practices in co-workers and contractors;Complying with the QMS Policy & proceduresHelping to prevent dangerous unsafe practices in co-workers and contractors.
