Requirements
Must have at least four (4) years of experience as Master on the assigned vessel type (Non-DP Crew Boats / Offshore Security Patrol Boats). The Port Captain must be qualified to serve as temporary Master at any time and will undergo Saudi Aramco evaluation accordingly. Required certifications include Certificate of Competency, GMDSS, all STCW Certificates (including Medical Care), Bridge Resource Management, Passport, Seaman Book, Marlins Test (minimum 80%), Medical Fitness, H2S Familiarization, BOSIET, and HUET. Strong background in Marine Operations, Maritime expertise, and Vessel Operations and Management is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Naval Architecture, or related field is required.
