In this position, the agent responds to customer inquiries related to legal topics via chat and email, ensuring clear, accurate, and compliant information is provided. Daily tasks include reviewing customer requests, analyzing issues, and offering appropriate guidance or escalation according to established procedures. The agent maintains detailed records of interactions, follows up on open cases, and collaborates with other teams to resolve complex issues. The role also involves meeting performance and quality targets, supporting continuous improvement, and upholding ETISAL International's service standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.Good knowledge of legal and corporate terminology.English proficiency: B1+ to B2 level or higher; fluent English .Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.Strong translation and document-writing skills.Basic understanding of contracts, NDAs, corporate resolutions, and meeting minutes.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage, organize, and archive legal documents and records.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Ability to work with ticketing systems and ERP platforms; experience with Zoho Desk is an advantage.Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain trackers, and meet deadlines.Previous experience in legal administration, legal support, or a corporate environment is preferred.Ability to work under supervision while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Ability to work on-site in El Abasia El Qeblia, handle shift-based schedules, and maintain reliability and punctuality.
