Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check, and work overtime and shift work as required. Good vision is necessary for safe forklift operation. Preferred ability to read, write, and speak English. Electrical license, electrical controls experience, and/or certification are preferred. Must be able to read labels on pipes and specifications on paper, and read pressure gauges. Welding knowledge and basic knowledge of electrical controls are required. Must possess knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. Ability to operate forklifts, scissor or bucket lifts, and use a multimeter, amprobe, and hand tools is necessary. Ability to assist with OJT employees is needed. The role involves working in a factory environment with temperature changes, standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements up to 12 hours daily, and lifting weights up to 50 lbs regularly.
