Requirements
What we're looking for:Deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and Concurrency.At least 5-6 years of commercial experience building and maintaining complex iOS applications.Strong understanding of version control systems (Git), including branching strategies for multi-developer projects.Strong command of OOP, SOLID, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.Proven experience with MVVM and the ability to evaluate and propose architectural approaches.Solid experience integrating and designing around REST APIs.Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to speed up development, debugging, or code review.Experience with app performance optimization, debugging complex issues, and code review.Ability to write clean, readable code, review others' work critically, and set technical direction across a codebase.Experience mentoring junior/middle developers or leading technical initiatives.Eagerness to learn, flexible thinking, and genuine curiosity about technology.English skills at the upper-intermediate or higher level.Will be a plus:Experience with cross-platform solutions (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform).
