  • Required Skills & Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in Java or .NET Production/Application Support.

    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

    • Good knowledge of Java/.NET application architecture and runtime environments.

    • Experience with SQL and relational databases.

    • Good understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments.

    • Experience with application monitoring, log analysis, and incident management.

    • Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and integrations.

    • Good understanding of ITIL and SLA-driven production support.

    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.

    • Banking/financial services experience is preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

    • ITIL v4 Foundation certification is preferred.

    • Experience supporting high-volume, business-critical applications.

    • Exposure to scripting, automation, CI/CD, or monitoring tools is an advantage.

    • Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
