Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management, with 8-12+ years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries. Proven experience managing a recruitment team, strong stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of UAE/GCC recruitment markets and recruitment practices are essential. Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruitment analytics is also required.

Job Purpose:We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage our Talent Acquisition function. The role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, leading the recruitment team, and partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the recruitment team, driving productivity, performance, and continuous development.Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business and workforce requirements.Partner closely with senior management and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure timely delivery of recruitment requirements.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.Manage recruitment agencies and external recruitment partners.Monitor recruitment performance, provide regular reports and market insights to the CHRO, and identify opportunities for process improvement.Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to recruitment policies and applicable UAE regulations.Key Performance Areas:Recruitment delivery and time-to-fillQuality of hire and offer acceptanceRecruitment team performance and productivityStakeholder management and satisfactionCandidate experienceSourcing effectiveness and talent pipeline strengthRecruitment cost and agency managementProcess efficiency and complianceEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.8–12+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably within the construction, engineering, contracting, infrastructure, or related industries.Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team.Strong experience in stakeholder management and partnering with senior leadership.Experience in the UAE/GCC recruitment market is preferred.Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, ATS/HRIS, and recruitment analytics.
