A proven track record of operating autonomously in highly regulated or monopoly-driven markets within the Middle East and Africa. Strong established relationships within the regional telecom ecosystem (e.g., UAE, KSA, Oman). Excellent financial acumen with the ability to perform complex network present value (NPV) calculations and return on investment (ROI) analysisDeep technical understanding of transport networks, such as DWDM, dark fiber, IP transit, and subsea cable systems.
