Requirements
Key Responsibilities: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, firewalls, and access points. Perform routine and emergency network troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability. Familiar with Corrective and Preventive maintenance procedures and documentation of the network configurations, incidents, maintenance logs, and change management reports. Collaborate with team members across the department with relevant IT and ELV scopes to support system integration and enterprise projects. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry best practices. Familiar with Physical Security components such as CCTV IP Cameras and NVRs, IP Access Control System, and Parameter security provisions such as road blockers, UVSS, and Arm Barriers is a plus.
