Position overview
A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced consultant cardiac electrophysiologist with UK CCT to join its advanced cardiology team. The successful candidate will provide specialist care in the diagnosis and management of complex cardiac rhythm disorders and advanced electrophysiology procedures.
Key responsibilities
Provide consultant-level care for patients with complex cardiac arrhythmias.
Perform and interpret comprehensive electrophysiological studies.
Perform catheter ablation procedures, including SVT, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, and ventricular arrhythmias, as appropriate to expertise.
Manage patients requiring pacemakers, ICDs, and other cardiac rhythm-management devices.
Conduct pre- and post-procedure assessments and provide long-term follow-up.
Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in complex case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
Participate in clinical governance, teaching, research, and quality-improvement activities.
