Requirements
Requires 15+ years of Mechanical/Piping site experience with international Oil & Gas EPC companies and subcontractors, or 15+ years HVAC experience for HVAC-focused roles. Must have strong Mechanical, Piping, and/or HVAC construction experience, with Middle East, CIS/FSU, or North Africa experience preferred. Strong knowledge of ASME, API codes, and industry standards is essential, along with excellent subcontractor management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and proficiency in MS Office are required.
Description
Lead and supervise Mechanical, HVAC, Piping, Painting, Insulation, Refractory and Fireproofing construction activities, ensuring safe, quality and timely execution within approved budget, schedule and international standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead subcontractor supervision and monitor manpower, equipment, productivity and daily progress.Manage 90-day look-ahead and weekly construction schedules.Ensure compliance with HSE, ITPs, QCPs, drawings and project specifications.Supervise mechanical equipment, rotating equipment, piping and HVAC installation.Review method statements, drawings, P&IDs and technical queries.Coordinate inspections, walkdowns, punch-list closure and pre-commissioning activities.Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Client, Vendors and Subcontractors.Identify delays, scope changes and technical issues and implement corrective actions.Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support commissioning and turnover.Coach and mentor site supervision and ensure effective workforce development.RequirementsRequirements15+ years of Mechanical/Piping site experience with international Oil & Gas EPC companies and subcontractors; 15+ years HVAC experience for HVAC-focused roles.Strong Mechanical, Piping and/or HVAC construction experience.Middle East, CIS/FSU or North Africa experience preferred.Strong knowledge of ASME, API codes and industry standards.Excellent subcontractor management, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.Fluent written and spoken English; proficient in MS Office.Lifting and scaffolding supervision training preferred.Key Skills:Mechanical Construction | Piping | HVAC | Oil & Gas EPC | Subcontractor Management | Equipment Installation | Pre-Commissioning | HSE | QA/QC | ASME | API
