Requirements
Requires a two-year college degree or trade school certificate with 3-5 years of direct manufacturing test experience in photonics, laser-optics, optical networks, or the semiconductor industry. Must have experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated test equipment, a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a team. Knowledge of statistical process control and optical device characterization is preferred. Willingness to work night shifts is required.
