We're Hiring: Media BuyerAbout usWe're at the beginning. Which is exciting. And, occasionally, chaotic. There is no perfectly structured marketing department. No 17-layer hierarchy. No established playbook for every situation. We're building the systems, processes and marketing engine as we build the business. So if you need everything clearly defined before you start, this probably isn't for you.If you're comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, figuring things out and taking ownership, you'll probably enjoy it here. You'll also be working across CarePort and our sister companies, meaning you'll get exposure to multiple brands, audiences and business models rather than optimizing the same campaign forever. The RoleWe're looking for a Media Buyer who can take ownership of paid acquisition from strategy → setup → launch → optimization → reporting → conversion. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role. There is no large performance marketing team supporting you. No army of designers producing 20 variations for every campaign. No analyst waiting to turn your numbers into insights. You'll be expected to work hands-on.That means understanding the business objective, deciding where and how to spend the budget, launching campaigns, analyzing the results, identifying what is working and what isn't, and continuously improving the funnel. We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to set up a Meta campaign. We want someone who understands why a campaign works. What You'll DoDevelop paid media strategies based on business and growth objectivesPlan and manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google and other relevant channelsSet up, launch and manage campaigns independentlyDefine campaign structures, audiences, objectives and budgetsConduct audience and competitor researchDevelop testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, messaging and offersMonitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizationsManage budgets and understand CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and other relevant performance metricsAnalyze campaign and funnel data to identify opportunities and problemsWork closely with the Social Media Manager and Creative Content Producer to identify what creative should be testedTranslate performance data into actionable creative and marketing insightsBuild and maintain campaign reportingIdentify where leads are dropping off throughout the funnelWork with the wider team to improve landing pages, lead forms, WhatsApp flows and conversion journeysContinuously experiment with new channels, audiences, formats and approachesBuild the paid acquisition processes and systems that don't exist yetThe Funnel Is Yours TooWe don't want someone who considers their job finished when a lead comes in.You should be interested in the entire journey:Ad → Landing Page / Lead Form → WhatsApp → Qualification → Consultation → Treatment / SaleIf 500 leads come in and only 5 become customers, we expect you to be asking:WhyIs it the targetingThe creativeThe offerThe landing pageThe lead qualityThe sales processThe follow-upThe economicsYou don't need to personally own every part of the funnel, but you should understand how your work affects all of it.ExperienceWe don't care how many years you've worked. We care about what you've actually managed and what happened as a result.Your track record and case studies matter more to us than the number of years on your CV.We want to see evidence that you've previously:Managed paid advertising campaignsWorked with meaningful budgetsGenerated leads, sales or other measurable business outcomesManaged Meta Ads and/or Google AdsTested different audiences and creativeOptimized campaigns based on dataImproved CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS or another meaningful performance metricBuilt or improved acquisition funnelsDiagnosed underperforming campaignsWorked with different products, markets or audiencesMade decisions based on data rather than assumptionsYou don't need to have done all of these.
