Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (or related field) with PMP certification. 15-20+ years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects (developer experience preferred). Strong expertise in project and program delivery, strategic planning, and execution. In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and compliance standards. Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors, and complex project lifecycles end-to-end. Advanced proficiency in project tools (Primavera preferred) and reporting platforms including Power BI and MS Office. Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Strong focus on governance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. Agile mindset with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving business needs.
