Requires 3-5 years of practical work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or another relevant technology area. Must possess strong knowledge and practical experience in relevant technology areas, excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strong organization, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills. Ability to develop and deliver technical training content, manage technical challenges, and respond appropriately to participant questions and learning needs is essential.
Description
The Technical Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars. The role requires strong technical knowledge, effective communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, practical learning experiences to participants with different levels of technical knowledge.Responsibilities:Develop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars based on organizational needs and defined training objectives.Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, case studies, presentations, and digital learning methods.Develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, assessments, and supporting learning materials using appropriate learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.Explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to participants with different levels of knowledge and technical experience.Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions while maintaining strong participant engagement, interaction, and knowledge transfer.Manage classroom activities, participant questions, technical challenges, and learning requirements effectively during training sessions.Assess participant understanding and learning outcomes through practical exercises, assessments, discussions, and other appropriate evaluation methods.Adapt training approaches, materials, and delivery methods according to participant needs, organizational requirements, and changes in technology.Minimum Job requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or another technology-related field.3–5 years of practical work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or another relevant technology area.Strong knowledge and practical experience in relevant technology areas such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Programming.Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge.Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills.Ability to develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.Ability to manage technical challenges effectively and respond appropriately to participant questions, learning needs, and classroom situations.Preferred skills:Relevant industry-recognized technical certifications in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other applicable technology domains are preferred.Experience delivering technical training in classroom, virtual, or blended learning environments is preferred.Experience developing practical exercises, technical assessments, digital learning materials, and hands-on training activities is preferred.
