*We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Child Skills Development Training Institute in Dubai. The institute provides educational and skills development programs for children in a supportive and professional learning environment.*
Purpose:
- To lead the day-to-day operation, regulatory readiness, parent experience, staff performance, safeguarding culture and commercial delivery of Brain Bloom Dubai.
Key duties:
- Lead the centre’s daily operations, timetable, staffing, learner safety and parent experience.
- Maintain KHDA-ready documentation including course files, staff records, attendance, learner records and policies.
- Manage admissions pipeline, parent tours, complaints, renewals and service quality.
- Line manage staff, set performance standards and ensure safeguarding practice is embedded.
- Track revenue, occupancy, program profitability and learner retention.
KPIs: Enrolment conversion, parent satisfaction, compliance readiness, attendance, retention, staff performance and monthly revenue.
Requirements:
Required experience/qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Centre Manager, Academic Director, or in a similar educational leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Educational Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Strong experience in education and training centre management.
Sound knowledge of the Dubai/UAE education sector, KHDA regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience in curriculum planning, academic quality assurance, and staff development.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teaching and administrative teams.
Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and experience working in child-facing environments.
Experience in student admissions, enrolment, and customer service.
Ability to manage centre operations, budgets, and performance targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
