Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with qualifications in Hospitality, Education, Childcare, or Recreation being an advantage. Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, hospitality, or customer service role is necessary. First Aid and CPR certification are preferred. A good command of English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. A passion for working with children in a multicultural environment is key.

As a Kids Club Counselor, you're not just supervising activities and ensuring a safe, fun environment; you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating engaging and memorable experiences that bring joy to children and make every family's stay truly unforgettable.ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:Welcome and engage children & families: Greet children and parents warmly, assist with registration procedures, and ensure a safe, friendly, and welcoming Kids Club experience.Support activity planning and participation: Organize, supervise, and encourage participation in age-appropriate games, educational activities, arts and crafts, and recreational programs.Provide administrative support: Maintain attendance records, complete activity reports, monitor children's registration details, prepare activity materials, and support the Kids Club Supervisor with daily operations and guest requests.
