Position: Showroom CoordinatorLocation: Tagamo3, New CairoIndustry: Office FurnitureJob SummaryWe are looking for a Showroom Coordinator to manage the day-to-day activities of our office furniture showroom in Tagamo3. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, coordinating showroom operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a professional and organized customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers and visitors in the showroom professionally.Understand customers requirements and provide basic information about office furniture products and solutions.Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries and leads.Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requests.Maintain accurate records of showroom visitors, inquiries, quotations, and sales leads.Coordinate product displays and ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and presentable.Monitor showroom furniture samples, catalogs, brochures, and promotional materials.Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and installation teams when required.Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and other customer communications.Support the showroom team in achieving sales and customer service objectives.Prepare regular reports regarding showroom activities and customer inquiries.Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as required.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in showroom coordination, sales support, customer service, or a similar role; experience in furniture is a plus.
