About the CompanyStafmed is currently recruiting a highly experienced Consultant IVF for an exciting full-time position with a leading hospital in the UAE.About the RoleWe are seeking a distinguished Consultant IVF / Reproductive Medicine with extensive expertise in infertility management, assisted reproductive technologies, and reproductive medicine. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive fertility care, including assessment and management of infertility, fertility treatment planning, and advanced assisted reproductive techniques.The successful candidate will join a progressive healthcare environment committed to clinical excellence, patient-centred care, innovation, and multidisciplinary collaboration in the delivery of high-quality fertility services.Responsibilities• Assess and manage patients presenting with male and female infertility• Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments and develop individualized treatment plans• Manage patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatments• Provide clinical management throughout IVF and other fertility treatment cycles• Perform and interpret relevant fertility investigations, including hormonal and reproductive assessments• Perform ultrasound assessments and monitor follicular development during treatment cycles• Perform procedures related to fertility treatment, where appropriately qualified• Counsel patients and couples regarding fertility treatment options, expected outcomes, and potential risks• Manage patients undergoing ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, ICSI, and other appropriate fertility treatments• Evaluate and manage complex infertility cases, including recurrent implantation failure and recurrent pregnancy loss where relevant• Collaborate closely with embryologists, nurses, genetic specialists, and other members of the multidisciplinary fertility team• Provide pre-treatment counselling and appropriate follow-up throughout the fertility journey• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant clinical and regulatory standards• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives• Contribute to the development and implementation of fertility treatment protocols and clinical pathways• Support medical education, training, and professional development within the departmentQualifications• Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology with recognised subspecialty training or qualification in Reproductive Medicine / IVF• Recognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, European Board, or equivalent recognised qualification• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in IVF, Reproductive Medicine, or Assisted Reproductive Technology• Extensive experience in managing infertility and assisted reproductive treatment cycles• Eligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAPRequired Skills• Extensive experience in infertility assessment and management• Strong expertise in IVF, ICSI, IUI, ovulation induction, and assisted reproductive technologies• Proficiency in fertility ultrasound and follicular monitoring• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities• Excellent communication and counselling skills with patients and couples• Ability to manage complex fertility cases and develop individualized treatment strategies• Strong ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary fertility team• Commitment to patient-centred care, clinical excellence, and continuous quality improvementCompensationAn attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, clinical expertise, and professional experience.
