Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Experience: At least 1 year of solid experience in production planning and control.Industry Experience: Prior experience in Steel Factories, Steel Fabrication, or Heavy Industries is a must.Age & Gender: Preferred age not exceeding 26 years old (Male preferred).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of production planning principles, quality control, and the ability to read and review manufacturing drawings.Software Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel.Core Competencies: Multitasking capability, strong prioritization skills, efficient written and verbal communication, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

We are seeking high-caliber, detail-oriented engineering professionals to join our production control and manufacturing team at our Sadat City factory.Production Control & Planning EngineerWe are looking for a skilled Production Control & Planning Engineer to effectively manage production schedules, optimize manufacturing workflows, and oversee inventory operations.Job Description:Prepare, execute, monitor, and adjust production plans and schedules based on operational requirements.Coordinate closely with department heads and section managers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow operations.Manage and monitor inventory levels periodically to prevent any delays in the production process.Track production data and KPIs, and prepare comprehensive performance and productivity reports.Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials.Optimize resource allocation, maximizing the utilization of manpower and production capacity.Calculate raw material requirements and issue accurate purchase requisitions.Benefits:Provided administrative accommodationCompany transportation from the administrative housing to the factory and vice-versa.
