Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience including at least 10 years as a Project Manager, proven experience with a contracting company in executing major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million or more, a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringExperience: Minimum 15+ years of post-qualification experienceMinimum 10+ years proven experience as a Project Manager with a contracting company, managing and executing major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million+ of similar scale, quality, and complexity.Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region.Key Competencies:Lead project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.Prepare and manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial risks.Lead project teams, allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and resolve issues.Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders and provide regular updates.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.Implement quality control measures and manage project risks.Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
