Team members are encouraged to uphold high operational standards while contributing to a collaborative, professional work environment.Role Description The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction in this full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key day-to-day tasks include supervising front-of-house and food and beverage service, managing staff scheduling, coaching team members, and supporting recruitment and onboarding. The role involves monitoring service quality, handling guest feedback, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. The Restaurant Manager will also support inventory control, cash handling, and basic reporting, while promoting a positive work culture and maintaining the brand's standards.QualificationsStrong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of delivering an excellent guest experience.Experience with Hiring, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding restaurant staff.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, guests, and leadership.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu familiarity, service standards, and basic cost awareness.Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in hospitality, ideally in a premium or high-volume environment.Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, manage conflict, and maintain professionalism under pressure.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing shifts, schedules, and operational procedures.Familiarity with POS systems, reservations platforms, and basic reporting tools.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
