Position overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR manager to join a leading technical contracting company based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing HR functions, developing company HR procedures, and supporting the organization's growth through effective people management practices.
Key responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Establish and maintain HR frameworks in compliance with UAE labour law and company requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.
Oversee employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and employee documentation.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal company policies.
Support management in manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
Maintain personnel records and HR reporting systems.
Coordinate with department heads and project teams regarding staffing requirements.
Support payroll administration and employee benefits management as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction, technical contracting, MEP, engineering, or facilities management sectors.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures from the ground up.
Strong experience in recruitment and employment contracts management.
