Requirements
Requires 8+ years of experience in building and operating production software with a track record of owning architecture spanning several teams. Deep experience in TypeScript, Go, or C# is essential, along with solid Postgres and AWS depth. Must demonstrate evidence of consolidating forked services or setting adopted standards, possess a security and fraud lens, and have the ability to influence without authority. Strong judgment regarding cost and value, including AI leverage, is also required.

Your mission is to make DigitalZone's architecture hold together as the business multiplies. DZ has grown into several product verticals. With that growth comes drift: forked services, duplicated capabilities, and per-team divergence that quietly raises the cost of every future change. You will architect and deliver solutions that span multiple teams, drive convergence of shared services, and set the technical bar that other engineers work to.
