Develop detailed job plans, resource allocation, and timelines. Ensure maintenance plans align with operational and safety standards. Utilize SAP or equivalent ERP systems for maintenance planning and reporting. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related diploma). Certification in Planning and Scheduling (CPSP or equivalent). Proven experience in maintenance and shutdown planning. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems. Experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries preferred. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
