Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum 5 years of experience in welding and mechanical training roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors.Strong knowledge of welding processes, mechanical systems, and industry standards such as ASME, AWS, and API.Proven experience developing and delivering training programs, including hands-on practical sessions.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess training needs and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team.Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is a plus.
