Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive F&B management experience, with recent experience as an Assistant General Manager. A strong background in premium/luxury lifestyle dining, high-end restaurants, or internationally recognized restaurant concepts is required. Proven experience managing high-volume, fast-paced operations and large multicultural teams, along with strong commercial acumen including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and revenue optimization is essential. Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards, guest experience, and confident handling of VIP clientele and challenging guest situations are also necessary. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and people-management skills are crucial. Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred, with recent strong international lifestyle dining experience being highly preferred. Excellent command of English is required, with additional European language skills being highly preferred.
