Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a performance culture. • Hands on experience in converting requirement into BI visuals. • Strong Statistical background. • Knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard framework. • Able to evaluate data gathered from multiple sources, reconciles differences, and ensures consistent approaches, data interpretation, and results measurements • Strong Knowledge of dashboard reporting tools (Preferred Power BI, etc.) • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically with respect to Excel, PowerPoint and Word). • Good Knowledge of using MS flows. • Good Knowledge of using APIs. • Able to communicate and resolve conflicts appropriately • Strong attention to detail required. • Strong communication skills. • Knowledge of ISO9001 is an advantage. • Knowledge of ISO27001 is an advantage.

Specialized in a wide array of premium services including Business Automation, Industrial Digitization, Low code Development, Cloud Services, Warehouse Automation & Strategic Outsourcing.Founded in 2014, Advansys is part of the INTRO Group, a private conglomerate established in 1980 with diverse investments across different business areas, oil and gas, real estate, specialized engineering, financial investment, Food & manufacturing.Job Description:The ideal candidate will practice all aspects of Performance Measurement including: • Works closely with department manager to establish a continuous performance reporting system. • Assists in Creating performance indicators and dashboards for operational services. • Tracks, Measures and analyzes company/Department performance measurements set to identify performance improvement opportunities. • Develops appropriate techniques to gather data, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible. • Develops the skills of the data support staff and other quality/operations staff in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information. • Ensures accurate data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed, and makes recommendations for future improvements based on data. • Maintains a database of all relevant measures per department. • Conducts root cause analysis and come up with corrective actions as required. • Works collaboratively with other staff, leaders, and managers to continuously improve data accuracy and improve measurement process.
