Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, corporate security, community security, facilities security, or law enforcement. Must have experience liaising with Dubai Police, SIRA, Civil Defence, and other relevant government authorities, with practical experience in incident investigation, security reporting, emergency response, and security systems such as CCTV, access control, and visitor management. Fluency in English and Arabic with strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

JOB TITLESenior Associate Security Operations | MAF Properties | UAE PotfolioRole SummaryThe Senior Associate Security Operations is responsible for supporting the delivery of safe, secure and customer-focused communities by coordinating day-to-day security activities, liaising with internal teams, service providers and relevant authorities, and assisting in the monitoring of security service provider performance.
