Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required5+ Years of Work Experience as a Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst or similar role is required.Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferredExperience in Information Technology / Data Solutions / Networking / Cybersecurity preferredProven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Master Data Management (MDM).Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance, and data quality management.Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Oracle) is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing master data management processes across the organization. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring the alignment of data management strategies with business needs.Your role will involve gathering requirements, identifying data quality issues, and recommending solutions to enhance data governance and integrity.
