Requirements
Candidates must have an MS or PhD in finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, or another quantitative field, and 3-7 years of experience in alpha-driven quantitative research. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are required, along with the ability to conduct independent research using large datasets and proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, C#, MATLAB, R, Python, or Perl. Detail-orientation and a willingness to take ownership of work, functioning both independently and within a team, are also essential.
