Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical marketing, portfolio management, category management, or innovation. Proven experience managing diverse product portfolios within the Egyptian market; exposure to the Middle East region is highly preferred. Demonstrated track record in portfolio assessment, prioritization, lifecycle management, and innovation pipeline management. Hands-on experience utilizing IQVIA and/or other consumer market intelligence databases to drive business decisions. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent ability to prioritize initiatives, manage multiple projects, and execute with discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead portfolio prioritization and sequencing decisions across innovation initiatives. Evaluate new product opportunities through structured assessment frameworks. Drive portfolio trade-off recommendations including acceleration, reprioritization, or discontinuation decisions. Monitor portfolio capacity, identify bottlenecks, and ensure balanced resource allocation. Maintain an integrated portfolio dashboard and portfolio visibility for leadership teams. Conduct pre & post-launch portfolio performance reviews and generate actionable insights. Facilitate cross - functional portfolio governance and decision-making forums. Ensure alignment between innovation strategy, market needs, and country requirements.
